Health First Europe is delighted to welcome Kateřina Konečná as a new MEP Supporter.
Ms Kateřina Konečná serves as a Member of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety.
Kateřina Konečná is a Czech politician. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University as well as an Engineer’s degree at the University of Finance and Administration. From 2002 to 2014, Ms Konečná was Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic (Public service, government).
In her professional career, Ms Konečná has shown a strong interest towards health issues, being particularly committed to improve access to medicines for all citizens, and engaged in European discussions on chronic respiratory diseases, medical devices, allergic diseases, neonatal health and on the rights of cancer patients.
