Health First Europe in collaboration with the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union organises the conference ‘Making Patient-Centred Community Care a Reality’. The conference will outline the critical role that patient-centred care can play in the reforming of health systems and discuss the roles and demands of key stakeholders in developing a holistic European strategy for healthcare.
