HFE is organising a workshop on Digital solutions & surveillance systems for patient safety, taking place at European Health Forum in Gastein (Austria) on Wednesday 2 October 2019 from 9:00 – 11:00.
The format of the session will be an open fishbowl conversation, with brief remarks from the speakers, followed by an interactive open discussion with online polls covering the following topics:
- The potential of surveillance networks & monitoring mechanisms
- Solutions to encourage a ‘safety culture’ & a blame-free approach to patient safety report
- The role the EU can play in supporting Member States to share relevant data on patient safety & measurable indicators
